In mimogrede. To so utrinki z mojega poskusa št. 2.

Marbling is the most beautiful fabric dye technique I ever tried. Most of the fabric for Fensismensi purses are printed with screen printing technique, but in this #stayathome period, I managed to create a mental peace and was up for something new and as laborous as marbling.

There are no shortcuts and quick fixes for this technique. The real reward comes after everything is done right. Water is thickened with Carrageenan, fabric is prewashed with alum and the dies have to be a certain viscosity, that they have the right flow on the surface of the water. Every piece of fabric comes out as unique as it gets. This was my second go of marbling.
